Your order: your name, email address or mobile number, your delivery address and postcode, which pen you ordered, and anything you add in the notes. That's all we ask for.
To confirm your order with you, arrange payment and deliver your pen. That's it.
We never use your details for marketing without asking, and we never sell or rent any of your information to anyone.
Our team sees what's needed to confirm and deliver your order.
Nobody else. We don't pass your details to advertisers or data brokers, full stop.
Your pen arrives in plain packaging. Nothing on the parcel, the doorstep or the paperwork says what's inside or who it's from.
Your information is held on our own server and sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We use one essential cookie — no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no analytics trackers.
We keep order details only as long as we need them for deliveries and our records. Ask us to delete your details and we'll remove them.
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch and we'll sort it.
If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
